I was toured around the clean facility and shown many options in terms of size and location of the lockers available. I started loading a locker that was much larger than I required, and the staff found me another locker moments later that was just right. I can’t say enough about the customer service! Every time I interacted with a staff person, they were happy and helpful! An exceptional experience!

I was treated with patience, respect and integrity despite my dire circumstances. The quality of the facility is far beyond my expectations, clean and very well maintained. The way they do business should be the standard for all storage facilities. I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond. Highly recommended.

It's a storage facility, so there's not much human interaction, but every time I had to speak to someone their customer service was excellent! The place ...
