I have used other storage facilities in the past, but none compare to U-Lock. An exceptionally clean, temerature/humidity controlled facility with washroom availability in the ... I have used other storage facilities in the past, but none compare to U-Lock. An exceptionally clean, temerature/humidity controlled facility with washroom availability in the storage building. Friendly staff offer assistance as needed. After several months within an inside locker My belongings were almost dust free - most likely from the use of the outside lockers. Would have provided 5 stars but they are a bit pricey... but you do get what you pay for.. and a full refund for days not used when leaving. Would certainly use again if the need arises.

Had an excellent experience signing up for a storage unit. Oren was an absolute legend; funny, helpful, informative. Clearly knows what he’s doing and likes ... I was completely satisfied with the service from U-Lock Mini Storage in Nanaimo. They were efficient in setting me up with a unit, the security ... I was completely satisfied with the service from U-Lock Mini Storage in Nanaimo. They were efficient in setting me up with a unit, the security was good, the unit was clean and heated, and best of all they refunded me money for the balance of the month when I removed the contents. I would recommend them to anyone needing a storage space.
