Working at U-Lock Mini
Storage in White Rock has been such a positive and fulfilling experience. What
I enjoy most is the friendly atmosphere and how everyone supports each other
like a team. One moment that made me proud was helping a customer find the right space
or unit, and seeing their relief made me proud of what we do. Moreover, I see
our core values in action every day through teamwork, positivity, and genuine
care for our customers. I have also grown so much in confidence and
communication through the right guidance and encouragement from my manager.
I have been working with U-Lock for almost
7 years now. During this time, I was fortunate enough to have received a lot of
support and mentorship training from my direct manager, Donna, as well as the
other members of our management team. From my first year working here, Donna
took me under her wing and invested so much of her time to help me grow not
only as an employee but also as a person.
Because of the support I have received from her
and the company as a whole, I’ve experienced so many opportunities I wouldn’t
have otherwise, and I’m now in a management position of my own, and I get
to see all the intricacies of running a business behind the scenes. I will
forever be grateful for the experiences I have received working with U-Lock,
and for my amazing coworkers for supporting me every step of the way!
