I haven't been to U-Lock for quite a while. When I arrived, I could see there was a staff change from when I last was ... I haven't been to U-Lock for quite a while. When I arrived, I could see there was a staff change from when I last was there. I was greeted by Lexi's and she was so accommodating and super friendly! I was impressed with her patience and customer service. U-Lock has always been my go to whether I rent a van or truck or storage space. It is secure and very clean. I recommend U-Lock to anyone that's needs storage space or a U- truck or van.

Excellent customer service! The property is very large and I was quite overwhelmed when I first got there. I was quickly put at ease when ... Excellent customer service! The property is very large and I was quite overwhelmed when I first got there. I was quickly put at ease when I was shown where my unit was, how to use the gate control and how to properly lock up my unit. The staff are very kind and professional, the property is well secured, it's very clean and they have plenty of loading carts that are easily accessible to use. I also found the pricing to be of great value compared to other places I checked out. My only issue was with the online website as I encountered some error codes and got kicked out of the page a few times while I was trying to rent my unit. Due to that I opted to just go there to complete the rental process where I recieved top notch service!! :)
