About a month prior to securing a unit I had questions about renting a U-Haul to bring my things here to Nanaimo. The gentleman in the office was very helpful helped me to figure out a price and also helped me to determine what U-Haul option was more affordable. I had a storage unit 10 years ago, this location and they still had me on file. Also I really like their policy of refunding the remaining balance for the month if you move out early. The last storage unit I had was not willing to do that.

We have used this storage unit twice. The first time was when we needed it for our new house and the second was to help ... We have used this storage unit twice. The first time was when we needed it for our new house and the second was to help relatives who decided to move to the island. The staff were very helpful and when my relative lost his key, they helped us access the unit with new locks and keys right away. The storage and insurance fees were presented clearly with no surprises and we were able to transfer our unit to my relative when they arrived to use it as they moved in. I highly recommend this storage facility. Clean and heated for household items.
